EMERGENCY REQUESTS ARE FOR NO RUNNING OR HOT WATER, NO COOLING OR HEATING IN EXTREME WEATHER CONDITIONS, OR A FLOOD.
BE ADVISED THAT ANY NON EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE REQUESTS RECIEVED AFTER 5PM, ON A WEEKEND, OR A MAJOR HOLIDAY, WILL BE DISPACTHED THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS DAY.
